Quantity Surveyor Manager
(Code: QSM)
Responsibilities:
• Preparing all aspects in budgeting for projects (New Store, Store Refurbishment, New Development, Specialty Retail efficiently and effectively) and to ensure all financial aspects of project implementation are controlled and reported properly
Requirements:
• Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree, post graduate diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering
• Having between 5-10 years of consultancy firm or contractor working experience particularly in retail industry, preferable with departmental chain strore and fast food chain stores.
• Having personal skill as QS Specialyst, excellence communications skill, posses good social relations skill.
• English proficiency both oral and written is essential
